From custom cast orthotics to TMJ treatment, Dr. Jason Gray, PT/DPT/OCS, Kyndra Gray, MPT - Geriatric Specialist, Amanda Hazen, MPT, and Jennifer Adame, MPT/CPI are available from 7am to 6pm for convenient therapy appointments.
Located in the new Granite Park business center (on Cedar between Ashlan and Dakota), Physiomotion is just 1/2 block from Highway 168, and a wonderful location for patients from Clovis, Sanger, Auberry and Tollhouse, and even downtown Fresno!
In addition to our skilled PT staff, Physiomotion offers class sessions in our new Wellness Center.
From Pediatric care to Geriatric care, and all ages in-between, referrals for therapy or an evaluation of your injury can be sent by calling 222-PHYS. We accept nearly all PPO insurance plans, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Worker's Comp claims, Medicare, and auto insurance claims. Call our helpful office staff now if you have any questions!
