Meet the Physiomotion Front Office Team
Our front office staff at Physiomotion is the backbone of our service to you. We want all of our visitors, patients, and guests to feel at home at Physiomotion. (l-r) Debbie, Erin and Julie (our former intake coordinator)! Call them now at 559-222-PHYS (7497).
Our Office Manager, Erin Wilson, is Jason's sister. Erin is in charge of all things front-office related, and most importantly in charge of your bill! If you have any concerns about your co-pay amount, worker's compensation, insurance reimbursement payouts or just your account, call Erin. This is true if you are a provider and need information about one of your clients.
Our intake coordinator is Katie Dyer She'll process your initial paperwork, and is the person to contact about your insurance, worker's comp or just to ensure you're in our network of providers. Katie works part time with Phsyiomotion so she can spend time with her new big baby Leo! She still makes time to handle our collections process, so be nice if you get a call from her.
Katiecan also handle your scheduling questions and your wellness center class scheduling. If you have any questions about your coverage, your physical therapy or your classes, feel free to call Katie at 559-222-PHYS.
Our receptionist Debbie The first face you see, Debbie will guide you through the paperwork and scheduling of your visits. Debbie joined the family last year and is the most welcome addition! We met Debbie when her soccer starlet daughter was getting a bit of treatment and couldn't help but offer her a place with our team.
Debbie is the go-to person for any questions about the facility or to schedule a class in our new wellness center. If she doesn't know the answer, she'll get you to the right person and quick! Debbie is who we ask you to call if you need to change an appointment or reschedule. As always, we ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment (but Debbie is really quite patient and nice, so feel free to call whenever you know you can't make it, okay?)
