Jason Gray (MPT/DPT/OCS) is considered the soccer therapist, an expert at rehabilitation and therapy for nearly all soccer-related injuries. Captain and Academic All-American on Fresno State's Soccer team, Jason was looking forward to a professional soccer career when he blew not one, but both knees out.
Following his own surgery and rehabilitation, he rekindled his childhood dreams of becoming a Physical Therapist. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Exercise Physiology, Jason earned a Cum Laude degree from the Fresno State PT Master's Program. In addition, Jason was honored with the Stuart Katzman award for excellence.
While in PT school, Jason saw a classmate across the dance floor at a Physical Therapy class function, though Kyndra had seen Jason well before then. A few years later, the two were married, and shortly after the birth of their first child, Jason and Kyndra decided to open their own Rehabilitation center, a family-based clinic with all the touches of home.
Already a small business owner, Jason enjoyed the entrepreneurial spirit. It was while sitting with high-school friends that Jason formulated the idea which is now Donk International.
After living in Petaluma with Kyndra, Jason was offered an opportunity to work at a large outpatient clinic in Fresno. After honing his skills in orthopedic rehabilitation and extending his abilities to include custom foot orthotic creation, Jason felt strongly about the type of care he wanted to provide for those in need: one-on-one, hands-on caring therapy.
Jason has recently earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and is currently doing research on foot structure and walking gait. Jason's also board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He has presented his research several times, and is an instructor for Physical Therapy students at Physiomotion.
